The introduction of the silicone products

The processed works with silica gel as the main raw material are called silica gel products. Silica gel is a porous material with different particle sizes, which is dehydrated by silica gel. It has an open porous structure and can adsorb many substances. It is a good desiccant, adsorbent and catalyst carrier. The adsorption of silica gel is mainly physical adsorption, which can be regenerated and reused. Adding acid to alkali silicate (such as sodium silicate), acidizing it and adding a certain amount of electrolyte to form a silica gel. Or adding acid or ammonium salt in a concentrated sodium silicate solution can also produce silica gel. Silica gel was placed for several hours to make it aged, then washed with hot water to remove soluble salts, dried at 60~70 degrees Celsius and activated at about 300 degrees, so that silica gel can be obtained. The silica gel is soaked in cobalt chloride solution and then dried and activated to obtain discolourant silica gel.

Food grade silica gel is non-toxic and tasteless, insoluble in water and any solvent. It is a green product with high activity. Food grade silica gel has inherent thermal stability (- 40 ℃ - 230 ℃). It is suitable for different occasions. The product has good softness to meet different needs
